At Shop Cute Flowers, every bouquet and gift is crafted with love and care. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept eligible returns requested within 7 days of delivery.

For a standard, non-customized product to qualify for a change-of-mind return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories should be included.

  • Proof of purchase or an order number must be provided.

Customized or personalized products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

These conditions do not restrict your rights regarding defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible.

For faster assistance, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery, with:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the product and packaging, if available

  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, return, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

The 48-hour reporting recommendation does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We generally do not accept change-of-mind returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made crochet bouquets

  • Products made to a customer's specific design requirements

  • Gift items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without essential accessories or components

These exclusions do not apply to defective, incorrect, or misdescribed items or where a return or refund is otherwise required by law.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched, provided processing or customization has not progressed beyond the point where cancellation is reasonably possible.

For custom-made products, please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

If your order has already been dispatched, the applicable return terms will apply.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 5 business days of approval using the original payment method.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery orders, if offered, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • For damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed products, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.

  • For eligible change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

  • Please contact our support team before sending any product back so we can provide return instructions.

7. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the promised delivery timeframe, please contact our support team.

We will investigate with the delivery partner and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required by applicable law.

8. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
